And i really enjoyed it, he has an interesting style of writing and the whole book is just about travelling america with his friends but set in the 1940/50's. But now im onto 'Junk' by Melvin Burgess, and i just literally cannot put it down, each chapter is in the narrative of a different character and its about this teen couple who run away to live on the streets and then start getting into drugs etc.. well thats as far as ive got anyway.
I finally took the plunge and ombred my hair and jesus it couldnt have gone worse, where my hair has a reddish tinge to it the bleached part went a very ginger copper gold blonde would be the best way to describe it. It looked really fowl so i had to damage my hair further by putting a dark blonde over it.. well that got rid of the ginger but now you can barely tell i've ombred it at all, its so subtle. So that was kind of annoying.Ive done a bit of shopping, i've really jumped on the coral bandwagon, im in love with all things coral, so ive got this great coral nail colour from barry m, its really bright and quite long wearing too. Also invested in 2 coral lipsticks, i wanted to buy the equivelant in mac shades (the one from the new surf baby collection looks really nice), but i thought id go low budget and buy a topshop and maybelline one... incase i looked like a complete fool when wearing them.
Heres the topshop one on.. its called 'ohh la la'. Im using my webcam for pictures so its not very clear but the colours like a light coral and if you apply a decent amount it almost goes a little neon looking. Yeah this picture really doesn't do it justice..
And very conveniently the lighting changed as i applied the other one so this one which is called ' 224 coral tonic' by maybelline looks quite dark, but then id say the picture is quite reflective of the real shade, very bright pinky-red coral.

Think it was free shipping too, that may have been a limited thing, but yeah i advise you to check her little shop out!
